A programmer named Clinton Curtis stated in a sworn affidavit that he was requested by Tom Feeney (then-Florida state representative) to develop prototype vote-rigging software.  This very well may be a “white hat” hacking scheme to better protect unwanted intrusion, but it might not.  The troubling part is the affidavit has been turned over to the House Judiciary Committee, of which Feeney is now a member
