Seriously though, I would love to see (much) more public transit. Unfortunately, the high cost for implementation is often prohibitive, especially in the current economy.  Additionally, certain people will gravitate towards public transit if (and when!!) it exists, and others will stick with their car. In the meantime, we need parking that involves context-sensitive design (and is aesthetically pleasing).  Moreover, we need to encourage ride-sharing and other cheap forms of alternative transportation (telecommuting).
