Someone’s trying to tell me something…
I didn’t even skew my answers: Your Top Spots
- Portland, Oregon City of Roses
- Providence, Rhode Island New England’s Best Kept Kept Secret
- Eugene, Oregon The Emerald City
- Hartford, Connecticut The Insurance Capital
- Baltimore, Maryland The Sparkling Harbor City
Right about now, Portland seems more like a curse.
word. whole damn town, cursed. *sighs*
Yeah, I’m looking at my second pick more and more…
Yeah. Unless you KNOW that you’re going to have a job here and that it will actually pay you enough to live and buy a house, my suggestion is DON’T move here. It is extremely beautiful here. The pace of life is great. It’s a kid’s haven. But jobs are hard to find and don’t pay very well, seemingly, unless you want to work in one of those commie cafes that were mentioned elsewhere by Randy.
It sucks, but this is my assessment after two years of living here.
Europe? Hmmmm……
