I can relate, of course, to the musical aspect of what you're saying, but I'm in the process of thinking out some series of entries about the history of regional foods, not because I <i>know</i> them, but because I <i>want</i> to know them. History affects culture with the same veracity in all its forms, so it's interesting to have two takes for the same idea concerning music and food. “Know your history.”
