It&#039;s funny that you should write this little quip.  I can relate, of course, to the musical aspect of what you&#039;re saying, but I&#039;m in the process of thinking out some series of entries about the history of regional foods, not because I &lt;i&gt;know&lt;/i&gt; them, but because I &lt;i&gt;want&lt;/i&gt; to know them.  History affects culture with the same veracity in all its forms, so it&#039;s interesting to have two takes for the same idea concerning music and food.</description>
